STRUCTURE FIRE ON THE INDUSTRY ROAD |

FARMINGTON: 03/27/13 - 21:20 Units were dispatched to the Industry Road in Farmington for a reported structure fire. Upon arrival smoke and flames were coming from the back corner of the home. Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the flames. Mutual aid departments from Chesterville, Industry, New Sharon, Strong, Temple and Wilton assisted on scene. |

| New Portland: 01/22/13 - 04:00 Units were dispatched to River Road in New Portland for reported fully involved structure fire. Engine 2 responded to the scene. Upon arrival units assisted in extinguishing the fire. Farmington units cleared the scene in about 3 hours. |  |

ENGINE 2 RESPONDS MUTUAL AID TO WILTON FOR STRUCTURE FIRE |

Farmington: 12/07/12 - 03:00 Units were dispatched to Arkay Trailer Park in Wilton for reported fully involved trailer. Engine 2 responded to the scene. Upon arrival units quickly surrounded the structure and extinguished the blaze. Farmington units cleared the scene in about 3 hours.

ENGINE 2 RESPONDS MUTUAL AID TO WILTON FOR STRUCTURE FIRE |

| Farmington: 12/05/12 - 09:30 Units were dispatched to the Jay Road in Wilton for reported smoke in the building. Engine 2 responded to the scene. Upon arrival units found heavy smoke from the second floor. An interior attack contained the fire to a second story bedroom. Along with Wilton Fire other mutual aid departments included East Dixfield, Jay, Livermore Falls and Chesterville Fire. Farmington units cleared the scene in about 3 hours. |  |

2 VEHICLE 10-55 ON THE WILTON ROAD |

| Farmington: 11/20/12 - 14:00 Units were dispatched to the Wilton Road for a reported 2 Vehicle 10-55 with P.I. Engine 1 responded to the scene. Upon arrival units quickly set up traffic control on the busy Wilton Road. One patient was transported to FMH via Northstar Ambulance. Farmington Fire units cleared the scene in about 1 hour. |  |

STRUCTURE FIRE CURRIER ROAD |

| Farmington: 09/30/12 - 20:00 Units were dispatched to the Currier Road for a fully involved structure fire. Tower 3, Engine 2, Engine 1, Squad 1 & Rescue 1 responded to the scene. Upon arrival units quickly performed an interior attack and the fire was brought under control. Crews then worked to overhaul the building. Farmington units cleared the scene in about 4 hours. |  |
